Due to an ailing Windows DC server, I am experiencing some network issues I am trying to resolve. One thing that happens is lost network connections when my other DCs are looking for the Windows global catalog. It has been installed on a different DC but the other 2 DCs can't read it. I am working on this.
While I am working on the above problem, whenever the network loses the connection between the Sametime server and the Domino server, the users get a popup about Sametime being unable to connect and and asked that they log on. By this time the network has found a global catalog to use on another server so they are able to connect.
My question is: can I prevent this popup from occurring? I know finding the windows network issue will fix it, but in the meantime my users are (enjoying) complaining about having to click twice when this popup occurs.
